At Trekk Properties, we believe property management is about more than buildings and maintenance — it’s about people, purpose, and progress. Our mission centers on creating spaces where individuals, families, and businesses can thrive. And at the heart of it all is one of our core values: community.
Why Community Is at the Core
Our founder, Chris Kennelly, says it best:
“It really is part of the foundation of who we are… that’s why we say we’re building communities within the communities that we serve.”

From HOAs to rental properties to commercial buildings, we approach each project with a clear goal: to make a positive impact on the neighborhoods we work in. That means being present, responsive, dependable — and stepping up when it matters most.
At Trekk, community isn’t a buzzword — it’s the way we lead, serve, and grow.
Stories of Community in Action
Rapid Housing Support
When five apartment units unexpectedly became available at one of our managed properties, our entire team mobilized. Leadership, property managers, maintenance staff, and community advocates all came together to quickly house individuals and families — including some who had been without stable housing for far too long.
“It takes a team of people to get people in… It really is who we are. And this is what we do on a regular basis.”
— Christine, Trekk Team Member

This is just one example of how Trekk actively supports access to affordable, stable housing — a pillar of our commitment to community well-being.
Emergency Flood Response
When flooding hit downtown Northfield, Trekk team members didn’t hesitate. Staff and volunteers showed up with sandbags in hand, doing what needed to be done to protect homes, businesses, and neighbors.
That same spirit of action, care, and responsibility fuels everything we do — whether it’s a weather emergency or a routine maintenance call.
HOA Education & Empowerment
With insurance rates rising, many HOAs are facing new financial challenges. Trekk is meeting this moment by hosting educational training sessions for HOA boards and homeowners, helping them understand evolving risks and prepare for the future with confidence.
“Education is a huge piece of communication within HOAs. Partnering with local agents and industry leaders helps our communities prepare for what’s ahead.”
— Jenni Flobeck, HOA Specialist

These trainings are part of how we empower communities — not just by managing properties, but by ensuring every board member and homeowner has the tools to make informed decisions.
Community isn’t just something we talk about at Trekk — it’s something we live every day. Whether it’s through service, education, emergency response, or housing support, we’re always working to make sure the people we serve feel seen, supported, and valued.
As we continue to grow, this focus will never change. Because when communities are strong, everyone moves forward together.
