Jenni’s career in property management began in 2003 when she started working for a company similar in size to G&H Properties based in Minneapolis. Following an acquisition by a larger management company, Jenni chose to return to her roots, seeking a position that aligned more closely with her values and community focus. Her connection with Chris Kennelly and her desire to positively impact local communities brought her back to Faribault, where she grew up.

Jenni’s day typically begins with checking emails for urgent messages and reviewing her calendar to plan her activities, ranging from staff check-ins and leadership meetings to networking events and board meetings. She balances her time between managing day-to-day operations and strategizing for the growth and development of the HOA business.
