Investing in Growth: How Trekk Properties Builds Stronger Communities Through Education

investing in growth

At Trekk Properties, professional development is a core part of who we are. We believe that when our team members continue learning, improving, and advancing their skills, the ripple effect is felt across every property, every partnership, and every community we serve.

That’s why we’re proud to highlight several team members who are actively pursuing industry-recognized certifications.

Our association management team continues to build on their expertise through coursework aligned with the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation, an internationally accredited certification that reflects a deep commitment to professional community management.

On the residential side, four of our property managers are advancing through certification programs offered by the Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MMHA). Cheyenne Fitzpatrick and Ruby Rodriguez are pursuing their Certified Residential Manager (CRM) designations, while Terri Huber and Christine Jensen are working toward their Accredited Certified Residential Manager (ACRM) certifications.

Behind the scenes, our maintenance team is also raising the bar. Matt Heaser and Steve Boardman have earned their Certified Residential Maintenance Technician (CRMT) certifications. In addition, Steve Olson has successfully passed his boiler license exam — a specialized achievement that strengthens our ability to serve our properties safely and effectively.

These accomplishments represent more than individual milestones. They reflect a shared commitment to excellence, accountability, and forward progress.
At Trekk, we’re not just managing properties, we’re building a team and a culture designed to grow, adapt, and make a lasting impact. Because when we invest in our people, we’re investing in every community we serve.
