Our Evolution
Trekk Properties was formerly known as G&H Properties, a company established by Larry Harn in 1989 to manage residential properties. In 2019, Larry Harn sold G&H Properties to Chris Kennelly. Chris is dedicated to maintaining the reputation of localized and individually focused real estate services that the community has come to know and love. Under Chris’s leadership, Trekk Properties continues to uphold its founding principles, ensuring every project we undertake contributes to the stability and growth of the communities we manage.
